- Enter net user administrator /active: yes in the command window.
- Tap the Enter key.
- A message will appear displayed the completed status of the command. Sign Out and you will see the Admin account as the choice.
Note: There is no password, so if you wish to leave it enabled you must change the password.
Steps to Disable Built-in Admin Account:
- Sign into the regular account.
- In Admin mode, open CMD.
- Enter net user administrator /active: no in the command window.
